Services include the 24/7 Helpline (800-272-3900), Caregiver Support Groups meeting across NH, an online Community Resource Finder, and care consultation with licensed social workers. All services are free. The chapter also connects families to the NH-specific dementia care network through NH DHHS and local Area Agencies on Aging.

Easter Seals New Hampshire operates Adult Day Health programs at multiple sites across NH, serving older adults and adults with physical and cognitive disabilities who need daytime support and supervision. Adult Day Health is particularly valuable for individuals with early-to-mid-stage dementia and their family caregivers.
