Gender-affirming hormone therapy and mental health referrals through multiple NH locations (Manchester, Concord, Portsmouth, Derry). PPNNE provides informed-consent hormone therapy for transgender and non-binary adults and connects patients to LGBTQ+-affirming mental health providers.
