Launched in 2022 in partnership with the Manchester School District — the state's first school-based health centers. Provides weekly one-on-one counseling and mentoring plus full mental health assessments for K–12 students, with a dedicated community health worker at each partner school. Telehealth available.

The NH affiliate of NAMI delivers mental health education, support, and suicide-prevention programming in schools and communities statewide, including Connect suicide-prevention training and youth support.

The state agency overseeing New Hampshire's community mental health system and youth/school behavioral health initiatives. The authority and referral hub for public school-based behavioral health supports statewide.
