How do you get through the Sunday-night dread?

The hard stuff gets all the airtime, so let's flip it. Big or tiny, what's one thing that went okay for you this week? I'll start: I finally called to make a doctor's appointment I'd been avoiding for a month.
For a while things felt manageable, but the last couple of weeks I've had that tight-chest feeling every morning before logging on. Nothing has really changed at my job. Does anyone have small routines that help you get out the door (or to the desk) on the rough days?
