Postpartum Support International has an NH state coordinator who connects new and expecting parents experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, or psychosis with local peer support groups, online groups, and treatment providers. GriefShare is a national grief recovery support group program with multiple chapters meeting across NH — from Concord to Manchester, Nashua, and the Seacoast. Structured 13-week video curriculum plus small group discussion. Small fee (usually $20 for workbook); no one turned away.
